Delivery and return of goods

The goods are delivered to the door by Omniva courier service or through Parcel terminals. The goods are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania at the rates and conditions of the Omniva courier service or if agreed free of charge. Delivery price is calculated by weight and dimensions. https://www.omniva.lt/eng 

4x4Shop strives to deliver the goods you have ordered to the address specified in your order or to the Parcel  terminal within 24 hours. from payment if the goods are in stock in Vinis. If payment is ordered after 2 p.m. or purchased on a non-working day, the time limit for delivery of the goods shall run from the first following working day. Goods ordered from other European warehouses are delivered only after agreeing the terms with you and the term depends on the courier service.

In exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of 4x4Shop. In this case, 4x4Shop undertakes to contact you immediately and coordinate the delivery of goods. In all cases, 4x4Shop is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to you or are not delivered on time due to your fault or due to circumstances beyond your control.

During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the goods with us or our authorized representative. After you have signed the invoice and / or the delivery-acceptance certificate of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in a proper condition. If you notice a violation of the consignment, you must mark it on the invoice and / or the delivery-acceptance certificate of the consignment and write a free-form act of violation of the consignment. If you do not take these actions, 4x4Shop is released from liability against you for damage to the goods, if such damage was caused by packaging damage, which you did not mark in accordance with the above procedure.
